Barbara: As you know - my years at Darden (1970-1976) were made much easier because I had two mothers there - One was Bessie Schmidt and the other was because of your mother. They taught me how to be a teacher and how to be a better person. Both your mom and dad helped me through the years. Your dad helped me with my Model T and you mom helped me with my life. I did stop by this summer when I saw her outside - we talked for a few minutes - her smile will be with me forever. Please know that I really appreciated all your mom did for me and I will remember her forever. My condolences to you and your entire family. Be well - ed
