David W. Simons

David W. Simons, 69, of South Bend, IN passed away at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Hospice House, Elkhart, IN.  He was born on January 24, 1947 in West Palm Beach, FL to the late Henry W. and Welhma L. (Sloan) Simons. 

David is survived by his daughter, Debbie Simons; son, Nicholas Simons, both of Florida; two sisters, Diana (Dale) Bollenbacher of Bremen, IN and Marcia (Gordon) Mason of Osceola, IN and a host of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters and two brothers.

There will be no services or visitation. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel and Southlawn  Cremation Services are assisting the family.
