Donna L. Fuchs

Donna L. Fuchs, 66 years old, passed away at 11:01 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  Donna was born on November 14, 1950 in Jamestown, ND and has lived in Lakeville since 1967.  On June 21, 1969 in Lakeville, Lanny Fuchs and Donna Herbster were united in marriage. 

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Lanny; their two sons, Bill Fuchs and Steve (Courtney) Fuchs, both of Lakeville; two granddaughters, Madelyn and Ava; her mother, Mary Jane Herbster of Berea, KY; father-in-law, Bob G. Fuchs of Lakeville; sister, Karen Buckles of Berea, KY; and brother, Tom (Donna) Herbster of Dallas, TX.  Many nieces, nephews and extended family loved her and will miss her as well.  Donna was preceded in death by her father, Don Herbster. 

Donna was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.  She and her husband were the owners and operators of Fuchs Farms.

Per Donna’s wishes, there will be no services or visitation.  Palmer Funeral Home in Lakeville and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Donna L. Fuchs may be donated to the Center for Hospice &  Palliative Care, 112 S. Center Street, Plymouth, IN  46563.  Online condolences may be offered to the Fuchs family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
