Madison Reakay Apple-Connell

Madison gained her wings June 19, 2016 at 12:14 a.m.  Madison was born November 17, 2014 to Adrienna Apple and Dominick Connell.  She is survived by her parents; her grandparents, Charles and Janell Apple and Paula and Robert Connell; her great-grandparents, Kevin and Patricia Hammond; her aunt, Kayla Apple and uncles, Joshua Apple and Robbie Connell; her great aunts, Rhonda Burnett and Angie Burks and great uncle, Brian Stump; her cousins, K.C., Chad, Katie Nickerson; Malachi, Timmy, Abby Stump; Athena Connell, Liam Lloyd and Breanna and Octavia Nickerson; and special friends, Kathy and Gary Fager. 

The family would like to thank the nurses and physicians at Payton Manning Children’s Hospital and Memorial Children’s Hospital and offer many thanks to the members of *Team Madison* on Facebook for all the thoughts and prayers throughout Madison’s journey. 

A Memorial Service for Madison will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Palmer Funeral Home – River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, IN.  Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
