Melissa (McNeal) Crane

Melissa McNeal Crane, 48, of Elkhart, IN passed away at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Golden Living Center, Elkhart, IN.  She was born on August 21, 1969 in South Bend, IN to James and Sandra (Correll) McNeal. 

Melissa is survived by three daughters, Kristan Wright, Kellie Wright, both of Walkerton, IN and Kimberlie Wright of South Bend, IN; mother, Sandra McNeal of North Liberty, IN; brother, Preston (Rose) McNeal of Knox; two nephews, James and Peyton McNeal, both of Knox and her companion, Tom Pettit of Elkhart, IN.  She was preceded in death by her father, James McNeal.

Melissa loved spending time with her family and friends.  She enjoyed going to the park, dancing and singing karaoke.   She had an outstanding love for cats and butterflies. 

There will be no services or visitation.  Graveside services will take place at a later date.   Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family.
