Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family. We both went to elementary and high school with Bobby. He was a great guy.

We met Bobby when we met his parents in the mid-1950s. They moved into a new subdivision that abutted the Garner property. They joined the church we attended (Liberty Baptist Church) and we became fast friends. Bobby and our children were involved in many of the activities at the church. In 1969, we moved away from that area to DeKalb County, Georgia. Bobby excelled in football during his young years. We continued to be friends even though we couldn't be together as much as before. The last time we saw Bobby was when we met you and the two of you were caring for Joyce and Clyde at their home. Eunice, you did a terrific job looking after Joyce and Clyde. We are so thankful that we were blessed to meet you and appreciate the joy you must have given Bobby during the years of your marriage.
