Spencer, 72, died on Thursday at Regency Place. He retired from AM General. He is survived by daughter, Laura Cappel of Leavenworth, KS; son, David Spencer of Dallas, TX; grandchild, Shelby Cappel; sister, Delma Fowler of Midway, AR; brothers, Dewey Spencer of Buchanan, MI and Lee Spencer of Niles, MI. Burial will take place in Ft.
