we were fortunate to live across the road from Bob and Marge for about 10 years.
Bob was always a happy guy, never knew him to be gloomy. We did not learn of his passing until 9 december and it was a shock. We will always have fond memories in our hearts of the time we were blessed to know him

I remember when Bob and Jack transferred to Lakeville school from Plymouth school. Both transferred into the same grade, had to wait until now to see which of you were the oldest. Now I know. Was told today that Bob had passed away and that the funeral was today. Since we are as old as we are they will no longer will let me drive, so I was unable to come to the funeral. I will remember how fun that we had in school and playing basketball together. I now live on Hoffman lake near Warsaw. Elsie passed away last year in Sept. My condolences to Marge and the family.

My Uncle Bob was simply the most caring and the most funny! He always harassed me when we would play ping pong to get me to mess up. I always had fun when we would visit. I remember going with the cousins and getting apples from the orchard and trying like heck to turn the cider press and we couldn’t. Uncle Bob made it look easy when he would turn it and yet it was always fun. I love you uncle Bob and miss you! To my Aunt Re, I love you and send my deepest heart felt sympathy and take comfort that he suffers no more and is still with us in our hearts and fond memories!

I have nothing but fond memories of Bob starting oh so many years ago. I remember the smiles and and warm words from times at the grocery. That continued as I got older and participated in various activities with Mike and Mark in school. I hope your memories will help ease this time of sorrow. My heartfelt condolences to all your family; my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bob, was our best man at our wedding 61years ago,, and was the greatest brother-law. I don't think Bob, had a mean bone in his body,. Bob, loved Jesus, his church, life, his wife of 69 Years, his children, grand children, and great grand children and all of the rest of his family, and friends. Bob, just loved people, he was the type (one of a kind) that would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He will be missed by my sister(marge),and all others. We Love & Will Miss You.
