Brenda Brewer

Brenda L. Brewer, 45, of South Bend, IN passed away at 12:15 AM Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at Memorial Hospital. Brenda was born on June 23, 1964 in Logansport, IN. Brenda has resided in South Bend since 1991 coming from Chicago, IL. She presently provided accounting services for the three local TGI Friday Restaurants where she has served for the past fifteen years. Brenda married George A. Brewer on October 15, 1991 in South Bend, IN.

Brenda is survived by her husband, George A. Brewer; two sons, A.J. Brewer and C.J. Brewer both at home; her parents, Fred and Louise (Baker) Holcomb of Logansport; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Sue Brewer of Michigan City; one brother, Wayne (Beth) Skaggs of Africa; and three stepbrothers, Mike (Bridget) Holcomb, Ed (Beth) Holcomb and Dirk (Susan)Holcomb all of Logansport.

Brenda was a board member and volunteer for East Side Little League. She was secretary and volunteer for South Bend Table Tennis Club. Brenda attended Indiana State University, Terre Haute.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, December 14, 2009 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend. Rev. Ed Erskin will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 2-6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
