MISHAWAKA- Connie L. Sandefur Boyle, 70, passed away at 6:07 PM Sunday, May 17, 2015 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN.  Connie was born on May 2, 1945 in Little Rock, AR to the late Cecil and Leah (Stanage) Sandefur and moved to Mishawaka when she was three years old.  In October 2007 in Mishawaka, IN she married James W. Boyle, who survives.

Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Along with her husband, James, she is also survived by daughters, Jeannie (Joe) Focht of Niles and Beverly (Michael) Radanovich of Mishawaka;  sons, Cecil (Sandi Miller) VanHuffel of South Bend and Larry (Tammy) Sandefur of Mishawaka; stepdaughter, Tammy Applegate; stepsons, James Sandusky, Jeffery Sandusky, James R. M. Boyle and Robert Nelson; 24 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; her sister, Beverly Kay (Butch) Holderman of Mishawaka; and brothers, Fred (Dee) Sandefur, Lucky (Sandy) Sandefur and Bob (Diane) Sandefur.  Connie was preceded in death by her parents; stepsons, William Barrett and Mark Sandusky; sisters, Carolyn Sandefur, Pearl Johnson, Jean Dunn, Marlene Whittner and Tiny England; brothers and a sister-in-law, Hubert Sandefur and Chet (Linda) Sandefur.

Services will be held 2 PM Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, where friends may visit from Noon until time of services.  Graveside services and burial will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.  Memorial contributions may be made to Palmer Funeral Home for funeral expenses.  Online condolences: www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
