I just found out it was Dan who perished in the accident and am devistated. He is such a wonderful person. Always has a smile and such a positive attitude about life. You could tell that he was happy in his life. He will be missed immensely and I am truely sorry for your loss.

Words cannot express the sadness felt upon hearing the news of Dan's passing. Kevin and I, along with our three girls, Erika, Erin, and Katelyn had the privilege of knowing Dan and saw first hand what a kind person, great friend, wonderful father and husband he was. It is with deepest sympathy that we mourn the loss of this great mans life. May Dan's memory and constant love for each one of you embrace you this holiday season and always. Know that he is forever with you and will never be forgotten. May Gob Bless and carry you through this difficult time.

Lynn and the Zeiger family,
Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Sometime it seems Gods brings the best people with him much sooner than expected. Please know Danny and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Danny will always be one of my favorite people ever. His humility, kindness and integrity just were part of the great package. I'll always remember our softball days together and the smile he always had on his face. I'll always remember his speed around the bases and using the backstop to slow himself down after touching home. I'll remember the Coors Lights after games and Dan always giving others credit in the victory of which he was always a big part of.
I am sorry I can't be there to see you and give you a hug and say i'm so sorry in person to you and your family. God Bless the Zeiger family. Love you Z.

I once read that on the day of our death we can have breakfast with our relatives and dinner with our ancestors. I choose to believe on November 21 Danny's ancestors planned a welcome home party, and Duane and Ginny ushered in their son as Guest of Honor!

I am so sorry to hear this sad news, I worked at Dean Foods and always looked forwards to seeing Dan everyday. He always had a big smile on his face every morning. Dan was one of our best milk haulers and was a very hard worker. Dan was the kind of guy that would do anything to help anyone out at anytime.

So so sorry for your loss. My memories of Peanut are from sixth grade in Mr Eader's homeroom. He was truly one of the favorites, being allowed many times to skip music classic to stay behind and play nerf basketball. I wish you healing in time and the warmth of his love forever.

Its so hard to believe that he is no longer among us. We will for ever miss that sparkle in his eye and the smile on his lips. He was just always there, the driver...the host... the guy in the background, who you knew was there and could always count on. Always a kind word or a supportive comment.
