Jacqueline Self

Jacqueline Self, 64, of Nappanee, IN passed away at 1:42 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, IN. She was born on February 9, 1951 in South Bend, IN to the late Lester and Guesse (Evans) Lehr.

Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Anne (Duke) Lanham; son, Kieth Szymkowiak; two grandchildren, Christopher Harris and Justine Rife; two great grandchildren, Kennedy Harris and Tyree Rife; sister, Sue Lyn White and two nieces, Tracy and Kim White along with other members of the Self family. Jacqueline was a lifelong area resident. She loved being on the lake fishing. She enjoyed playing cards with her girlfriends, loved singing and spending time with her family.
