SOUTH BEND – Terrence Kevin Witham, 54, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at 2:17 AM Sunday, April 17, 2016 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, Indiana. 

Terrence was born on February 13, 1962 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Charles M. and Irene (Rusczkowski) Witham and was a lifelong resident.

Terrence enjoyed his work at Logan Industries.

He is survived by his two brothers and their wives, Tim and Julie Witham of Mishawaka and Charles and Eva Witham of Buchanan. Terrence’s special friend, Terry, preceded him in death.

Special thanks to 3rd Floor Intensive Care Unit doctors and staff at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center; Clay Fire Department; St. Joseph County Police Department; and Indiana Donor Network especially to Autumn; and special thanks to Heidi, Tim and Jeannie.

Terrence donated his organs so that others may live.  He is truly our hero and brother.

A Life Celebration will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at American Legion Post  #357, 5414 W. Sample Street, South Bend, IN 46619.
